Our Command Control Rooms utilize specialist security management software solutions and are scaleable and can be expanded to suit the customer’s requirements today and to fulfill the needs of changing circumstances in the future.

The software is a modular based software suite that can be tailored for applications from exclusive residence with a single workstation through to multiple workstations. It uses the latest information and IP technology; our graphical user interface can be inter-connected via local and wide area networks.

Managing security across multi-sites or large buildings can be subject to operator mistakes and false alarms, our graphical user interface is a ready made solution for the monitoring and control of local and remote building security, fire and building management systems.

Alarms and events can all be clearly and concisely displayed on graphic location plans, with text descriptions, on-line help instructions and verified by live pre and post video.

Simultaneous alarm events can also be handled without the need for operator intervention. There are 256 levels of priority used for graphical displays, CCTV and other pre-determined events on alarm.

All actions on the system are recorded. This is a very powerful tool in determining the sequence of events should any historical analysis be required.

Reports include alarm event analysis which can be either manually or automatically generated. Alarm analysis will search, correlate and collate information to produce quick view graphs to identify trends and patterns.

Building Maps and Plans are all produced by our in-house graphics team, ensuring secure production of all graphical requirements. We are able to work directly with the client ensuring cost benefits and efficient process control, culminating in the delivery of accurate and detailed maps.

The quality and resolution of our maps provides clear, concise and pinpoint location of buildings, rooms and control systems which enables the operator to react to events quickly and efficiently.
